The second chapter of the Great Indian School Tour (GIST) took place at Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, with the participation of 15 school leaders and 75 teachers, focusing on practical strategies for competency-based teaching and learning. Ravi Santlani, Founder & CEO of ScooNews, set the tone for the day with his context-setting address. The master training session was led by Rashima Vaid Varma, Director of Education & Centre for Advanced Learning, and Sabreena Talwar, Head of Professional Development, Centre for Advanced Learning, delving into ‘Practical Strategies for Competency-based Teaching & Learning.’ The school leaders’ roundtable provided an open forum for sharing insights, concluding with an enlightening presentation by Hemant Joshi, CEO of Benesse India.
